All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. While we make every effort to accurately describe and display items, slight variations in colour, design, or packaging may occur.

We endeavour to ensure that our stock listings are up to date and we update them as frequently as possible. However, as we rely on our suppliers to provide accurate inventory data, discrepancies may occasionally occur.

In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock due to incorrect inventory information from a supplier, we will notify you as soon as possible and gladly refund your purchase in full within 15 working days.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include Value-Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

Payment must be made in full before an order will be processed.

We accept the following payment methods through Shopify’s secure payment gateway:

  • Yoco
  • Peach Payments

No banking or credit card details are stored by Next Level 4x4.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen courier service.

Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers are entitled to return items under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Custom-made or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the returned goods have been inspected.

Next Level 4x4 does not offer independent warranties beyond the manufacturer’s coverage unless explicitly stated.

Next Level 4x4 is not liable for damages, personal injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.
