Refund policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

At Next Level 4x4, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or proof of purchase with your return.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made, special order items, or products that have been used, damaged, or altered are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We may ask for photos or other evidence to support your claim.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Used or installed products
  • Clearance or sale items

4. How to Return an Item

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at acc.nextlevel4x4@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving our return instructions.
  4. Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect products.


5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days.
  • We cannot refund shipping charges unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, we’ll process the exchange once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.


7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please ensure the returned goods are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
