1. Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed, orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on the volume of orders or other factors. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time of 2 to 7 business days within South Africa.
The estimated delivery time will be provided during checkout.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will be able to see the shipping fee before completing your purchase at checkout.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently offer shipping within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address to avoid delays.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details for your shipment. You can track the status of your order via the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Next Level 4x4 cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers, customs (if applicable), or circumstances beyond our control. If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship items to multiple addresses in a single order. If you would like items shipped to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.
9. Signature on Delivery
Certain high-value items may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, please arrange for someone else to do so or provide an alternative address where someone can sign for it.
10. Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your order, such as incorrect products, missing items, or other concerns, please contact us immediately. We aim to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
11. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before finalizing the order. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
12. Shipping Fees for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the cost of return shipping.
